Medical Practice Space Expansion and Select Renovations of approximately 2,450 SF for the Gables Pediatrics Offices located at Merrick Park in Coral Gables, Florida. The project was successfully delivered in 12-weeks and within budget. Renovations were undertaken with a fully open and operating medical practice. Highlights for the project included demolition of an existing clothing retail store, selective demolition, and integration of existing and new MEP & FP components for the new expansion space. Work included custom Check-In/Check-Out Counters and Floating Display Shelving, Four (4) Patient Rooms, Nurses Stations, Drywall Systems & Coved Ceilings, LVT Flooring, and Multiple Paint Schemes that add to the youthfulness of this pediatric practice.
*This Project was successfully bid, managed, and completed by Marcos Fernandez and his team during his employment tenure at another general contracting firm.
